1. Introduction
MyCompany ("we," "us," or "our") operates UFast Notepad (the "App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information when you use our App. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Email address — collected when you sign in with Google for cloud sync and account management.
- Note content — your notes are encrypted end-to-end (E2E) with your PIN before being stored on our servers. We cannot access the plaintext content.
- Purchase history — processed through Google Play and managed by RevenueCat for Pro upgrade verification.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- FCM Token — a Firebase Cloud Messaging token for push notifications. This is not linked to your personal identity.
- Analytics data — usage patterns, screen views, and feature interactions collected through Firebase Analytics to improve the App.
- Device information — device type, operating system version, and app version for crash reporting and compatibility.
3. End-to-End Encryption
Your notes are encrypted with your personal PIN before being transmitted to our servers. The encryption and decryption happen exclusively on your device. Neither our servers, our administrators, nor any third party can access the plaintext content of your notes. If you lose your PIN, we cannot recover your encrypted notes.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the App's core functionality (note-taking, cloud sync).
- To authenticate your identity and manage your account.
- To process Pro purchases and verify entitlements.
- To send push notifications (which you can disable in device settings).
- To analyze usage patterns and improve the App's performance and features.
- To display in-app promotions through our self-managed ad system (not third-party ad networks).
- To respond to your support requests.
5. Third-Party Services
We share your data with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

We do not sell your personal information to any third party. We do not use third-party advertising networks (such as AdMob).
6. Data Retention and Deletion
- Account data — retained while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.
- Encrypted notes — deleted notes are moved to trash and permanently deleted after the retention period you set (configurable in Settings).
- Analytics data — retained according to Firebase Analytics' default retention policy (14 months).
- Account deletion — you can request complete account and data deletion by contacting us at support@bizplano.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — request correction of inaccurate personal data.
- Erasure — request deletion of your personal data.
- Data portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Restriction — request limitation of processing of your personal data.
- Objection — object to the processing of your personal data.

8. For Users in the European Economic Area (GDPR)
Legal Basis for Processing
- Contract performance — processing necessary to provide the App's services (account management, cloud sync).
- Legitimate interest — analytics and service improvement, fraud prevention.

Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to servers located outside the EEA (Seoul, South Korea for Supabase; United States for Firebase and RevenueCat). We ensure adequate protection through Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

9. For California Residents (CCPA)

Destruction Procedure
When personal information becomes unnecessary (account deletion, expiration of retention period), we promptly destroy it. Electronic data is deleted using methods that prevent recovery. Printed data is shredded or incinerated.

11. For Users in Japan (APPI)
We handle your personal information in compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI). Your data may be transferred to servers outside Japan. We ensure proper safeguards are in place for such transfers in accordance with APPI requirements.
12. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will promptly delete it. 13. Cookies and Tracking
The App uses Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized usage data. This includes screen views, feature usage frequency, and session duration. This data helps us understand how users interact with the App and improve the user experience. You can limit data collection by adjusting your device settings or opting out of Firebase Analytics.
14. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including end-to-end encryption for note content, secure HTTPS connections, and Row-Level Security (RLS) at the database level. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through an in-app notification or push notification before the changes take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy indicates when the latest revision was made. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
